Faculty Development Programme on Artificial Intelligence in Business Applications
The Faculty Development Programme on AI in Business Application, which took place at Gobi Arts and Science College, Gobichettipalayam, on 26 Oct ’23, is a testament to Gobi Arts and Science College’s commitment to providing high-quality education. The programme was aimed at enhancing the teaching and research capabilities of its faculty members and ensuring that faculty members are equipped to inspire and educate the next generation of business leaders.
Sairaman Srinivasan – Chief Strategy Officer, Consortium for Technical Education, said, ” It was a great pleasure to be a resource person for the programme and to engage with the faculty members from the Department of Commerce, Department of Management and Department of Management Studies at Gobi Arts and Science College, Gobichettipalayam and share my knowledge and experiences in AI in Business Applications”.
The program included engaging and interactive sessions that allowed faculties to gain a deeper understanding of current business applications, fostering a dynamic learning environment. The faculties had the opportunity to explore the latest trends and applications in business, ensuring they were well-equipped to provide the most up-to-date knowledge and motivate their students.

CONSORTIUM FOR TECHNICAL EDUCATION (CTE) HOSTS INTERNATIONAL WEBINAR ON CYBERSECURITY – ATTACK SURFACE MANAGEMENT, AT LOYOLA – ICAM COLLEGE OF ENGINEERING AND TECHNOLOGY (LICET)
The Consortium for Technical Education (CTE) announced an International Webinar on Cybersecurity – Attack Surface Management, held at Loyola – ICAM College of Engineering and Technology (LICET) on October 17, 2023. This event is part of CTE’s ongoing efforts to promote cybersecurity awareness and knowledge exchange within the academic community.
The webinar delved into the critical aspects of Attack Surface Management (ASM), a proactive approach to cybersecurity. Participants gained insights into the significance of ASM and understood the processes involved in discovering and assessing the attack surface and its applications in real-world scenarios.
K. A. Alagarsamy, Director, CTE, expressed his enthusiasm about the event, stating, “We are pleased to host this International Webinar on Cybersecurity – Attack Surface Management at LICET. Educational institutions and professionals need to stay updated with the latest cybersecurity practices.
