Consortium for Technical Education (CTE) launches an International Training Program on Cybersecurity at VIT-AP University, Andhra Pradesh

The Consortium for Technical Education  announces its upcoming International Training Program on Cybersecurity, focusing on Vulnerability Assessment and Patch Management. In collaboration with the Andhra Pradesh State Skill Development Corporation and the All India Council for Technical Education , CTE will conduct this program at the esteemed VIT-AP University in Amaravati, Andhra Pradesh, from November 14 to November 18, 2023.

The comprehensive 5-day program is designed to provide in-depth insights into Vulnerability Assessment and Patch Management, crucial concepts in modern cybersecurity. Participants will delve into understanding the Cyber Kill Chain, the Mitre ATT&CK Framework, and the lifecycle of Vulnerability Management. Special emphasis will be given to deployment of automation policies, software deployment strategies, and analyzing device trends. Renowned industry leaders from the US and Europe will lead these sessions, ensuring participants receive a world-class co-curricular educational programme.

Dr. Vinod Kumar. V,  IAS, Managing Director and CEO of APSSDC, emphasized the critical importance of equipping the youth with advanced IT skills, particularly in the realm of cybersecurity.
