As an educator, Dr. Prabhu has worked as a teacher, professor, regional director of Maharishi Institute of Management, human resources consultant at Shaw Wallace & Co., the Principal of Vel Group of Educational Institutions, Dean and Principal of Arignar Anna Institute of Management and Computer Application.

Publications & Research
A prolific academician Dr. Prabhu has authored over 23 books on computer fundamentals, economics, research methodology, corporate accounting, entrepreneurship, human resources management, international marketing and research, quality management, behavioural sciences and management research. He has also published numerous articles and research papers in international journals and magazines.

For his academic excellence, he has been awarded Rashtriya Gaurav Award (1997) and has featured on Indo-Asean Who is Who (1999) and Asia – Pacific Who is Who (2000).

An influential educator and an academic scholar, Dr Ghule is presently the Principal of G.H. Raisoni College of Engineering, Ahmednagar. With over 28 years of experience in the education field, Dr. Ghule spent over 20 years of his career shaping the minds of young students and igniting their scientific temper and curiosity.

Research & Areas of Interest
His areas of interests are Embedded Systems, Power Electronics, Digital Electronics etc. and this led him to take on projects such as Speed control of D.C. Motor for constant speed operation, Single Phase Cycloconverter, for Electro-Tech Pune, Three-phase controlled rectifier for Adtron Mumbai, Developed Timer along with high switching devices for M.S.E.B., Airoli, Navi Mumbai, Integrated Thyristor Controller, Parallel Inverter / Series Inverter, Microcontroller based bus route indicator, Microcontroller based RPM and total Rotation measurement, Temperature controller for Boiler etc.

Committed academician and influential educator Dr. Asha Ambhaikar is a professor and a dean at Kalinga University, Raipur. With over 17 years of experience as a teacher, Dr. Ambhaikar has also been the Principal of G.H. Raisoni College of Engineering and Management, Amravati.

Dr. Ambhaikar has so far published two books (Exploring AODV Vs DSR and Optimization of Routing Protocol in MANET Using GA) on her specialized area of interest - wireless communication and protocol.

Her expertise and proficiency in her chosen subject make her the most popular keynote speaker at many international science conventions, conferences and seminar. Dr. B C Jain graduated in Mechanical Engineering from Government College of Engineering and Technology, Raipur (Presently NIT, Raipur) affiliated to Pt. Ravishankar Shukla University, Raipur in the year 1985. After completing his graduation he joined a Plastic Industry at Raipur. After a brief stint of one and half year he joined as Lecturer in Production Engineering department at Manoharbhai Patel Institute of Engineering and Technology, Gondia. He completed his Post graduation in Design Engineering from Walchand College of Engineering, Sangli under Shivaji University, Kolhapur in the year 1994. He has served MIET Gondia in various capacities and became Associate Professor and Head of Mechanical Engineering department in 2007. Later, He obtained his PhD from IIT Bombay in the year 2014. He has worked as Professor and Head of Mechanical Engineering Department and presently working as Principal at Kruti Institute of Technology and Engineering, Raipur. He is also Academic Director of Kruti Group of Institutions.

He has been engaged in research in the field of Manufacturing Competence for the last 7-8 years. He has several research publications in International Journals of high repute and also in various conferences. He has teaching experience of more than 32 years and industrial experience of 2 years. He is recipient of National merit scholarship of Govt. of India and approved PG and PhD supervisor for CSVTU, Bhilai. He has been Secretary and Vice President of Employee’s Credit Cooperative Society at MIET, Gondia for more than 10 years. He has experience of running an English Medium School (Bharatiya Gyanpeeth) at Gondia as President for more than 10 years and is currently President of Ujjwal Education Society, Gondia. He is Director of leading IT companies of Chhattisgarh, Sjain Ventures Ltd. Raipur.

He has worked as Member in various bodies of RTM Nagpur University such as Board of studies, Local enquiry committee, Subject examination committee, selection committee, curriculum design, etc. He also worked as paper setter, valuer, moderator, invigilator, internal and external examiner for practical examination and dissertation of various subjects of Production and Mechanical Engineering of RTM Nagpur University and CSVTU, Bhilai and as officer in charge for University Examination. He is Life Member of Institution of Engineers (India) and Indian Society for Technical Education and has worked as secretary of ISTE chapter, MIET Gondia.
